INSTRUCTOR INFORMATION

The Markham Dojo is instructed by Sensei Saran currently a 2nd Dan Black Belt and an active member of Karate Ontario. He holds many championship medals, from the Karate Ontario tournaments, over many years of participating, even at a young age. Currently, he coaches his students at the tournaments to help them obtain consistent medal standings. Saran has also been a part of the Referee members in the Karate Ontario tournaments to gain more insight and education on the official level. Starting his Karate career at the age of 8, Saran has consistently achieved knowledge and respect from his peers and seniors. He has been a part of the Young Men Karate School from the near beginning and has help develop, alongside Sensei S.V. Shivakumar, the organization; from building up different branches to assisting with account management. Saran began assisting senior instructors with classes and now is in charge of all the students at the Markham Dojo. From progression in his Karate career, he applies parallel commitment in school, as he works towards an Architecture Degree.

Sundays, Wednesdays And Fridays: 5pm – 6pm

They have experience working with a huge range of personal training clients from elite sportspeople to those new to fitness, and many also present at fitness conventions and write for reputable fitness resources.

INSTRUCTOR INFORMATION

The Mississauga Dojo is instructed by Sensei Thusheinth and Sensei Thurginth. Both brothers have been an active member of Karate Ontario since the age of 8. They have attained many championship medals, from the Karate Ontario and inter-branch tournaments, over the many years of participating. Currently, they participate in tournaments at the elite men’s division for Kata and Kumite. Also, they volunteer at Karate Ontario Tournaments and coach students at the tournaments to help them achieve the best results possible. They have been a part of the ShivaFighters Karate School from the beginning and have learned a great amount from Sensei Shivakumar and they have used that knowledge to run their own Dojo. Both instructors have also both played volleyball at a national level and have a pronounced obligation to school as they both are completing their respective degrees. Thusheinth is completing his degree in Kinesiology and hoping to get admission into physiotherapy school, while Thurginth is completing his degree in Forensics Psychology and Criminology.
